A Taste of Speakers
Renegade’s inaugural Taste of Speakers was held in Melbourne on 30th April 2008. Sixty of our clients enjoyed a relaxed and informative lunch at the funky Gravity Bar at CQ Functions.
Our event partners, Forum Events showcased their amazing production talents and our exclusive Renegade’s gave guests an express “taste” of what they do. The combination of fresh & unique speakers, excellent food, wine, great prizes and goodie-filled gift bags was a hit!
Judging by the feedback we received, we hit the mark with the fast-paced event which showcased a diverse number of speakers all within 2.5 hours away from the office.

to be yet again appointed the Speaker Management Company
for the Ideas Festival 27 – 31
March 2009.
The Ideas Festival is four days of ideas,
innovation and invention and is Queensland’s leading
open public ideas event. The next Ideas Festival is 27 - 31
March 2009.
March 2009 may seem like ages away but in Festival land it’s
the day after tomorrow. If you have ideas for Ideas, for speakers,
for sessions, for content, we want to hear them. With a new
team and lots of bright ideas through our call for 'Ideas for
Ideas' we are busy preparing for the Ideas Festival in March
2009.
The Ideas Festival program will include international, national
and local speakers on a broad range of topics. The Festival
is committed to presenting an accessible program with a range
of session styles to suit the formal and less formal exchange
of ideas.
There will be ideas lectures, panel discussions, debates, question
and answer and interview sessions along with kids' ideas, the
Ideas for Schools program for secondary students, exhibits,
demonstrations and the ideas bar.
The full festival program is currently in development. In addition
to working with the Ideas Advisors, with our own research,
and with ideas and feedback from past Festival audiences we
also welcome your ‘ideas for Ideas’.
Ideas Festival program highlights will be released in late
2008 with the full program available on paper and online in
February 2009. To keep up-to-date about Ideas 2009 or about
